How we write and maintain our pages
A casino page lives or dies by whether its numbers are true today. These are the standards we hold our own content to: the bonus figure you read is the bonus figure in the terms, the payment limit you read is the one the cashier enforces, and anything that changes gets updated rather than left to rot.
- Every figure comes from a published rule, a live cashier table or a tested flow — never from assumption.
- Every page is written to be read by a person, not to impress a search engine.
- Every claim that can age — a bonus, a limit, a promotion — is tied to a check date.
How we research a page
We start from the primary documents: the terms and conditions, the bonus terms, the payments table and the promotions page. Where a number only exists inside the account — a cashier minimum, a document-upload format — we confirm it in the product itself. Review chatter and forum threads tell us which questions players actually ask; they never supply facts.
A draft is then built around the questions a reader actually arrives with: what does it cost, what does it take, how long does it run, and what happens when something goes wrong. If a sentence on a page cannot be traced back to a document or a tested flow, the sentence goes, not the tracing habit.
How corrections work
Sending one in
A reader who spots a stale figure or a rule that has changed can reach us through the support routes with the page and the detail.
What happens next
We check the claim against the current terms or cashier, correct the page where it holds up, and note the change in the page’s next review cycle.
What stays as printed
A published term that simply reads harsh stays as it is: our pages report the rules, they do not negotiate them. Where a reader’s expectation and the written term differ, the term is what we print.
Accuracy checks and update rhythm
| Page type | Checked against | Rhythm |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus and promotion pages | Bonus terms, live offers | Every promotion change |
| Payment pages | The cashier tables | On any method or limit change |
| Rules and policy pages | The formal terms | On every terms update |
| Game and lobby pages | The live lobby | Regular editorial passes |
The goal of every page
- Answer the question the reader arrived with in the first paragraphs, not the last.
- State limits and conditions next to every attractive number, in the same sentence where possible.
- Keep the language plain: a rule that needs a lawyer to read it has failed, whoever wrote it.
- Point to the responsible gaming routes wherever money habits are discussed — that is part of accuracy too.
The measure of a page is simple: a reader who followed it should meet no surprise in the cashier, the bonus terms or the payout queue.
