Privacy policy: what SlotLair holds, why and for how long

Playing for real money makes us a data controller: the law obliges us to process personal data so that accounts, bets and payouts can exist at all. This policy says what we collect, why, how long it stays, and the rights every player holds over it. Registering an account confirms consent to this policy.
Every processing purpose has a name rather than a vague “service improvement”, and the data collected stays limited to what the account, the law and the player’s own choices require.

Your rights over your data

  • Access: ask what personal data the account holds.
  • Correction: fix inaccurate details.
  • Deletion: request removal where the legal retention duties allow it.
  • Objection: refuse a specific use, such as marketing messages.

Rights are exercised through the support routes; a short message stating what you want is enough.

How we use information, purpose by purpose

Running the account

Registration details, transaction history and login data keep the account working: bets processed, balances correct, sessions secure.

Verification and the law

Identity documents support the checks our terms require, and the anti-money-laundering duties that come with real-money play.

Communication

Support answers, service notices and — only with consent — marketing messages. The opt-out lives in the account settings and works through support as well.

How changes are announced

Where new versions appear

A revised policy replaces the previous one here, and we do our best to notify players of significant changes.

What continued use means

Using the account after an update counts as consent to the new version, so the date line below is worth a glance after any announcement.

How long information is kept

Retention duties

Anti-money-laundering rules oblige us to keep registration and account data for at least five years after the last transaction or the account closure.

What happens after closure

Closed-account data is held for the retention period and used only where authorities require it; anonymised derivatives may stay for statistics.

What we collect

The registration form (name, date of birth, e-mail, phone), the correspondence with support, the full transaction history, technical logs with device and location data, verification documents such as identity scans and payment slips, and any survey answers a player chooses to give.

Sharing with third parties

Data is disclosed only where the law requires it, where safety or fraud investigation demands it, or to support the marketing providers we work with. Prize winners agree that their name or nickname may appear in our promotions, except where the law prohibits it. Social-media buttons are governed by the policies of those platforms.

How data is protected

Account access runs through a unique ID and password, with two-factor authentication available for anyone who wants the second lock. Data transfer is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption and the PGP protocol.
